Just reach out to our friendly All 4 Pets Customer Care Team, and they'll walk you through sending back the part of the pet food your buddy didn't munch on. Or if you're in the Ivanhoe area swing by our store and we'll sort things out face to face.
To make use of our Taste Happiness Promise, remember these few things:
- The food bag should be more than half full.
- Hang on to the original packaging.
- Show us your receipt proving the purchase.
- Give us a shout within 14 days of purchase.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning unused food. Once we've got the goods back, we'll give you a call to set up the refund or swap. We are confident that you will discover your pet’s next favourite food from our delicious range.
